FSPCA PCQI FOR HUMAN FOOD – HAMBURG

This course is the “standardized curriculum” recognized by FDA and developed by the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA). The FSPCA training materials are designed to meet the requirements for training under Title 21 Code of Federal Regulations Part117.180(c)(1) for the preventive controls qualified individual who conducts certain Food Safety Plan activities according to the regulation.

Completion of this course will help participants meet the requirements for becoming a ‘Preventive Control Qualified Individual (PCQI) and companies producing human foods and exporting food products to the US market to comply with the FDA requirements of the 21CFR Part 117, FSMA preventive controls rule.

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will have acquired an in-depth understanding of the FSMA requirements of the Good Manufacturing Practice, Hazard Analysis, and Risk-based Preventive Controls for Human Food rule and will receive an official “Preventive Controls Qualified Individual” certificate issued by FSPCA, AFDO, IFSH, and IFPT.
